High-end properties in Son Vida, Bendinat or along the southwest coast rely on large glass fronts, natural stone and flowing transitions to the terrace. Once the sun sets, light decides whether the architecture disappears or truly comes into its own. Owners expect discreet technology, app-based control and luminaires that withstand salt air and UV – standards that off-the-shelf solutions rarely meet.
We design along sight lines: paths are guided, trees and stone walls accentuated from below, the pool becomes a calm surface of light. Indoors we work with warm, indirect light (2200–2700 K) and precise accents on art. Everything runs on scenes – 'Arrival', 'Dinner', 'Late Night' – and integrates with existing smart-home systems. Custom 3D-printed luminaires replace catalogue products wherever the architecture asks its own questions.
